The key that is the secret being shared in this book is to trust and obey God. She goes into detail describing how she and others have learned and applied the principle of casting their cares on Jesus--the Burden-bearer. Since God's gifts are freely given, a person must have a receptive attitude she explains. In exploring the idea of joy, she writes, "Heaven is a place of bliss, because it is where His will is perfectly done in us. He loves us--loves us--and the will of love is always blessing for its loved one.
